assesss the structural integrity of the subfloor.
The underlayment layers are the key to a stable floor that
will last. Check the floor product manufacturer's
recommendations for the subfloor to be sure it is compatible
with your current subfloor. If it is ok, then be sure to
check that it is sufficiently fastened to the floor joists and feels
solid.
